First phase of a new €500m urban village in the heart Adamstown.
The first phase will include 279 apartments and over 8,500sqm of retail space with two major supermarkets, 20 retail units and 5 restaurant outlets, along with a multi-storey car park – greatly enhancing the range of amenities available to current and future residents.
We’re also happy to share that Tesco is set to occupy over 3,700sqm as the development’s first anchor tenant and provide the local area with major retail options as soon as January 2023.
In addition to the construction of a further 800 Adamstown homes commencing this year, Quintain Ireland Joint Managing Partner, Eddie Byrne believes it’s set to become “one of the most desirable destinations in West Dublin”.
Today’s feature in The Irish Times covers everything Adamstown residents can expect from the first phase of The Crossings.
